As we continue to adapt to the evolving crisis, we've seen remote work become the norm, and online channels become increasingly essential to helping us all stay informed, remain connected, and conduct business that might have been done in person just a few weeks ago.

For our Dedicated, Cloud Dedicated, Cloud VPS and Cloud Sites customers: We don’t want you worried about extra costs associated with any increase in traffic to your site (or app), so we’re announcing that starting March 15th through May 31st, 2020 we won’t be charging for bandwidth overages that might occur based on your Smartgators web plan.

Should your account incur overage charges for bandwidth, simply open a ticket or call our Billing team and we’ll issue you a credit to cover those charges.
